3. Order and Service Provision
Services are ordered through direct communication (email, contact form)Service prices are negotiated individually for each projectPayment is made in advance or according to agreed installments4. Intellectual Property
- All design solutions and concepts created during the project are the property of the AND office
- The client acquires the right to use the final design solution after complete payment
5. Client Responsibilities
The client commits to:
- Timely delivery of necessary materials
- Providing clear and precise information
- Respecting agreed deadlines
- Paying the agreed service fee on time
6. Service Provider Responsibilities
I commit to:
- Providing services professionally and conscientiously
- Maintaining confidentiality of all received information
- Delivering agreed services within specified deadlines
- Communicating promptly about all project aspects
7. Modifications and Cancellation
The project can be terminated by mutual agreementPrepaid amounts will not be refundedI reserve the right to refuse a project without special explanation8. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for losses arising from misunderstandings or misinterpretationsMy total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service9. Communication and Dispute Resolution
